1/4 kg Ash gourd (cut into thin slices, Kumbalanga)2 nos Raw mango (cut into cubes)1 cup Coconut (grated)1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tsp Mustard seedsCurry leaves (Few)2 nos Dry red chillies1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powderCoconut oil (As reqd) For preparing ash gourd - mango curry, first boil water in a vessel and add ash gourd and mango pieces.Add little salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.Cook them well.Grind together coconut and cumin seeds.Add the ground coconut paste when the vegetables are done.Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.When the coconut mixture starts to boil, pour the mustard seeds with oil in it.Nadan ash gourd - mango curry is ready.
