- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- Salt : 1 tsp -
- Water as required -
- ghee 2 tbsp -
- For Stuffing: -
- Avacado 1/2 cup -
- onion 2 tbsp -
- Coriander leaves :1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Lime juice : 1 tsp -
- Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp -

- make dough by wheat flour, salt and water
- In a bowl add smashed avacado, chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala and cumin powder
- mix well
- take small ball from dough and roll it and stuff the avacado
- Roll it
- heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both side
- now avacado paratha is ready
