Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Baby corns
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilly paste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix together ginger-garlic paste, green chilly paste, pepper, mustard powder and soya sauce.
  • Marinate baby corns with the above mixture for 30 mins.
  • Dip it in beaten egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • :- Serve hot.
