- Prepare buttermilk from curd
- in a bowl add maida, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, and colour powder
- add buttermilk and mix it
- make as a thick batter
- cut the babycorn into two pieces
- dip the baby corn one by one
- heat oil and fry it
- now crispy and crunchy baby corn fritter is ready
