Baby Corn Pakodas A great tea time snack 10 nos Baby corns5 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida)5 tbsp Cornflour4 nos Green chillies1" piece Ginger4 to Garlic pods (optional)1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)Salt (As reqd)Oil for frying Cut the baby corns lengthwise into two and keep aside.Grind together the green chillies and ginger into a fine paste.Mix together the maida, cornflour, salt, the masala paste and the chopped coriander and form a smooth pakoda like batter by adding enough water.Dip each baby corn in the batter and fry in hot oil, till crisp and golden.:- Serve hot.
