1 kg Chicken thighs1 cup YoghurtLemon (half)Salt (As reqd)1 tbsp Pepper powder1 no Egg1 tbsp Corn flour6 nos Badam6 nos Cashewnut In a bowl, put yoghurt, lemon, salt and pepper powder. Put the chicken into this amd mix well and leave for one hour.Beat egg and cornflour nicely. Grind badam and cashewnut and put into the mix.Dip the chicken in the above and deep fry.:- Serve hot.
