  • 1 kg Chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • Lemon half
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 6 nos Badam
  • 6 nos Cashewnut


  • In a bowl, put yoghurt, lemon, salt and pepper powder.
  • Put the chicken into this amd mix well and leave for one hour.
  • Beat egg and cornflour nicely.
  • Grind badam and cashewnut and put into the mix.
  • Dip the chicken in the above and deep fry.
  • :- Serve hot.
