  • Cut the brinjals into 1/4" round pieces.
  • Mix together all the ingredients and make a paste by adding a little bit of water.
  • Coat the brinjal pieces with the paste and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat up a tava.
  • Place the marinated brinjal pieces on it.
  • Add a little oil on the sides of the brinjal pieces.
  • Cover and cook turning them from side to side for 2 - 3 mins, till they become tender.
  • :- Serve as a side dish.
