Bandaria Baingan Brinjal(Baingan) fried on tava 4 - Brinjal (medium) (Baingan/Vazhuthananga)Salt (As reqd)Ginger (garlic paste - 1/2 tsp)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly powderOil (As reqd) Cut the brinjals into 1/4" round pieces.Mix together all the ingredients and make a paste by adding a little bit of water.Coat the brinjal pieces with the paste and marinate for 1/2 hour.Heat up a tava.Place the marinated brinjal pieces on it.Add a little oil on the sides of the brinjal pieces.Cover and cook turning them from side to side for 2 - 3 mins, till they become tender.:- Serve as a side dish.
