Ingredients
- Shredded meat from a rotisserie(roasted chicken - 2 cups) -
- Barbeque sauce(divided) - 1/2 cup
- Ready made pizza crust - 1 no
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 1/4 cups
- Small red onion(thinly sliced) - 1/4 no
- Fresh coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Adjust oven rack to lowest position and preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
- Spread remaining barbeque sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with chicken, mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
- Bake until cheese melts and pizza is crisp for about 15 - 20 mins.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves or cilantro, cut into wedges and serve.
