Naadan beef pickle

Ingredients
- Beef - ½ kg
- garlic - ¼ kg
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2½ tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Curry leaves - ½ cup
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Asafoetida - ½ tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the meat with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and vinegar.
- Put in the cooker and cook until partly tender.
- Remove into a bowl.
- Add curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt in left out oil. Stir well.
- Add garlic and stir till it turn light golden colour.
- Add fried beef and mix well with all the masala.
- Add some pepper powder and vinegar and stir.
- Remove in a bowl.
