- Beef - 1 kg
- Potato(boiled and mashed) - 3 -
- Onion(big) - 1 -
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic pods - 6 nos
- Mustard seeds -
- Bread crumbs -
- Egg(According to need) - 2 -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil for frying -
Spices:-
- Chilli powder - 4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Marinate the cut, cleaned beef with the spices mentioned for 1 hour.
- Heat little oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add diced onions and saute until light brown.
- In that mixture, add the sauteed onions and green chillies and mix well.
- Finally, add the mashed potatoes and mix well, until the mixture gets mixed well.
- Add salt if needed.
- Shape the mixture into patties. Set aside.
- Dip them in beaten egg mixture and then roll them into bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the patties in oil.
- :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup and french fries.
