Ingredients
- Beef( Cut into small pieces ) - 500 gm
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 /
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 /
- Fennel powder - 1 tsp
- Meat masala(Optional ) - 1 tsp
- onion chopped - 2 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Curry leaves/coriander leaves -
- Oil(I used 5tbsp) -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Pressure cook the beef on high flame till the first whistle comes out. Then cook in low flame for 10-15 minutes.Once the Pressure drops , Open The Cooker And Cook On Low Flame Till The Gravy Is Dried Completely.
- Heat oil in a fry pan , fry onions and add (1/2 tsp coriander and chilli powder )(optional ), sauté it. Then add chopped tomato,green chilli, curry leaves/ coriander leaves and salt, mix it well till it becomes soft.
- After that add the cooked beef and stir well until it becomes dark brown colour.
- Enjoy the beef roast with rices/chapati, porottas/puries/appam.
