Instructions
  1. Take bitter gourd and cut into round thin pieces.

  2. Mix this this with salt and turmeric powder. And keep aside for half an hour. After half an hour take this and wash with lots of water and check the salt if needed add little.
  3. Make batter with all the above ingredients by adding little water.

  4. Dip the bitter gourd in it and deep fry. Make sure the gas is in sim.
