- Bread 6 slice -
- maida 2 tbsp -
- Corn flour 2 tbsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Water as required -
- Oil to deep fry -
- cumin seed 1/4 tsp -
- green chili 2 no. -
- curry leaves 4 no. -
- Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
- sesame seed to garnish -

Instructions
- Cut the corner of the brad and cut into small cube
- in a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and water
- mix as a batter
- heat the oil and dip the bread in the batter and deep fry it
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed
- add green chili, curry leaves and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix it
- add fried bread and mix well
- garnish with sesame seed now bread 65 is ready
