Gram Flour
Kadalamavu
1
tsp
Chilli Powder
1/2
tsp
Salt
1/4
tsp
Asafoetida powder
Kayam
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Mix together
gram flour
,
salt
,
chilli powder
and asafoetida with
water
to make a loose batter.
Cut the brown portions of the sides of the bread slices.
Cut each slice of bread into four pieces.
Dip each piece of bread into the batter and deep fry until it is fully cooked.
