Instructions
- Heat the tawa/non -stick pan, pour a ladle of batter in the center of the pan.Make small dosa. Do not spread like normal dosas.
- Apply ghee on the top side of the dosa.Let the bottom side cook well and turn golden brown colour. Now flip it over and let the other side cook as well.
- Bread dosa is ready. Serve hot with /without chutneys.
