  • Marinate the chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and a little water.
  • Take it out and shred the chicken and mince it in a mixer grinder.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic with salt as required.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala and sauté for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Add minced chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Take it off from flame and keep it aside.
  • Knead the flour with salt and water as required.
  • Make small balls out of it and make thin chappathis out of it.
  • Fill the chicken masala in bread and cover it in chappathis.
  • Heat oil a vessel and fry it till it turns brown in color.
