- Bread slices - 2

- Curry leaves(few) -

- Take a bowl,add eggs,finely chopped onion,green chilly,tomato and curry leaves.Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture to the pan to prepare the bread omelette.let it cook for few minutes.
- Put bread slices over the omelette
- Cut the edges and place it on the top of the bread.
- Now flip the omelette carefully by holding both the bread slices with ladle.cook it for another 2 minutes in low flame and remove from the flame.
- Serve it hot.
