- Bread slices - 10

- Green chilly(chopped) - 3

- Prepare Chicken Filling : Boneless chicken breast fried adding 1/2 tsp pepper,1/2 tsp chilly powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and shredded. Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger,garlic and green chilly for 5 minutes.add red chilly powder,garam masala,coriander leaves,salt and saute again for 2 minutes.remove from the flame and let it cool for some time
- Steam cook the bread slices for 5 minutes
- Roll each of the slices with a rolling pin.
- Add little prepared chicken filling at one end of the bread slice and slowly roll it.
- Dip each rolled bread sticks in egg mixture for a second
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and toast the bread slices turning the sides till golden brown.
- Bread sticks with chicken filling is ready to serve
