- Tomato : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- Ginger : small piece -
- Garlic 4 no. -
- Carrot : 1 no -

Instructions
- add onion and saute it for 3 mins
- add tomato, green chili and mix well
- add salt, turmeric and red chili powder, garam masala and mix it
- add 1/2 glass of water and allow to cook until the vegetables get cooked
- now add chopped bread and mix it
- allow to cook in low flame for 5 mins
- garnish with the coriander, now bread upma is ready
