Instructions
- make a paste with grated coconut
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and curry leaves and add onion and saute it for 3 mins
- add tomato and mix well
- add salt, curry masala and turmeric powder and mix it
- add 2 glass of water and allow to cook for 5 mins
- add coconut paste and mix it
