Instructions
- cut the brinjal in round shape
- take small onion, coconut, red chili, fennel seed, garlic, turmeric powder and salt
- make a fine paste of above ingredients by adding water
- heat the kadai and add the masala paste which we prepared and mix it
- add brinjal and mix it well
- spread the brinjal in the kadai and allow to cook
- add required oil and mix it
- allow to cook until the brinjal get cooked
- now brinjal fry is ready to serve
