Instructions
- Chop the brinjal in cube size
- Chop the Potato In cube size
- Grind the Ingredients Mentioned above
- Heat the oil and temper the Fennel seed, pepper corn, cinnamon and curry leaves and saute the onion for 2 mins
- add tomato and mix well
- add potato and mix it
- add brinjal and mix it
- add grinned paste, mix it and add 2 glasses of water and allow to cook the vegetables
- once vegetable get cooked and the gravy becomes thick consistency, keep the flame simmer for 5 minutes.
- Now brinjal therakkal is ready to serve
