Instructions
- 1)Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and mix well. Take care not to create any lumps.
- 2)Pour milk to it slowly by stirring continuously. Heat the sauce.
- 3)Once the milk is hot add the cheese bit by bit till its melted well.
- 5)Add chicken stock and broccoli to the cooked veggies and increase the flame.
- 6)Pour the cheese sauce slowly to it by stirring continuously.
- 7)Simmer in low flame for 5 minutes.
- 8)Take it from flame convert it to soup bowls.
- 9)Add pepper and salt to taste.
- 10)Garnish with broccoli and grated cheese.
- Serve it immediately.
