- Broccoli(medium sized crown chopped into small florets) - 1 no
- Onion(big chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato puree (from 2 tomato) -
- garlic(crushed) - 2
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 small
- green chilli(slited) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Masala powder - 2 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil - 3 tsp
- water (Enough to cook) -
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) -

Instructions
- Add chopped broccoli, salt and saute well. Now add chopped red chauli leaf, powdered masala and turmeric powder.
- Lastly add finely chopped coriander leaf and serve with chapati or bread.
Recipe Notes
Adjust chilli powder salt and masalas in your taste. We can add little sugar to taste. In my recipe, over cooked the broccoli for some reason
