Instructions
- Cut broccoli in a food prosser or a mixie or a with hand to really fine dots (pieces).
- Grind green chlies in a food processeser or mixie or by hand to fine pieces (the pieces should only taste in the thoran it should not be seen).
- Mix a pinch of turmeric powder (just a pinch nothing more),
- Add salt and add finely dice onions (add a little extra)
- Heat pan with oil.
- Sputter mustard seeds and cumin seeds (put a litle extra cumin seeds because the thoran needs a little sweetish/ mitish taste).
- Add dried red chilies currie leaves and saute it for a minute now add the broccoli mxture and stir fry it maximum for 2 or 3 miniutes (not more). :- Serve this with rice.
