- Hard Boiled Egg - 1 no
- Boneless chicken breast filling(cook chicken adding 1/2 tsp pepper powder,1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,enough salt and 1 1/2 cup water and shredded) - 3/4 cup
- Onion - 1 no
- Green chilly - 2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Salt to taste -

- At first we have to arrange the all ingredients for preparing the filling.
- Then add garam masala,salt,turmeric powder,pepper powder and shredded chicken and coriander leaves.saute for another few more minutes and and remove it from the flame.
- Fill each bun with a piece of hard boiled egg.
- Cover it with prepared chicken filling.
- Cover it with same piece of bun.
- whisk 1 egg with 1/4 tsp pepper powder and a pinch of salt.Dip the stuffed bun in this egg mixture and shallow fry the all sides in hot oil.
- Bun Nirachathu is ready now..
