- red chilli powder 1 sp -
- coriander powder 1 sp -

- saute onions and mushrooms
- add garlic paste to it
- add tomatoes cook till soft
- add chili powder , coriander powder ,garam masala and salt
- add water and boil
- when the gravy thickens and oil oozes out it is ready to serve
