Easy Snack - Cabbage and Carrot Fritters

Ingredients

3 Tbps Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
¼ tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, Chopped
1 cup Cabbage, Shredded
1/3 cup Carrot, shredded
4-5 no Green chilies
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the oil.
Heat oil in a frying pan, Scoop in about 2 tbsp of the batter for each fritter and fry on each side until deep golden brown.
Lay them on a paper towel lined plate to soak up any extra oil.
