Carrot and Beans Poriyal is a classic South Indian preparation of the mixed stir fried vegetables. Steamed carrots and beans are seasoned with mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.

Instructions
- chop the onion green and chili
- soak the moong dal in water for 10 minutes
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal
- add onion, green chili and curry leaves and saute it until the onion turn into brown
- add salt and moong dal and mix it
- add 3 glass of water and allow to cook the vegetables
- now carrot beans poriyal is ready
