Ingredients
- Cauliflower(Grated ) - 1 small
- Grated Coconut - 1 /
- Cumin seeds - 1 /
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- garlic - 1 pod
- Turmeric powder - 1 /
- Small onions(Chopped ) - 4 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 /
- Dried red chilly - 3 nos

- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

- Cover and cook the grated cauliflower with Turmeric powder and salt. ( Sprinkle little water if needed ) Stir occasionally till all the water drains and become dry.
- Grind the grated Coconut with Cumin seeds, garlic, green chilly. Add this ground coconut into the cauliflower and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter Mustard seeds and add dried red chillies, chopped small onions, curry leaves. Pour this over the Thoran and close it.
- Enjoy the cauliflower Thoran with steamed rice.
