Ingredients
- Culiflower - 250 gm
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Grate cauliflower wash and keep it ready.
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- When mustads crackles add dry red chilly to this.
- Next add grated cauliflower florets to this kadai.Add salt saute for 5 minutes.
- In another kadai add 1tsp of oil and add grated coconut ,onion ,cumiseeds,coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder fry for 5 minutes.
- When coconut mix is slightly brown we have to remove from gas.
- Next we have to ground in mixer
- When cauliflower is cooked add this ground mix to that.
- Add 1 cup of water to cauliflower mix
- Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Now cauliflower thoran is ready to serve.
