- Jack fruit seeds - 20 nos
- Cheera - 100 gm
- Coconut - 1/2 of
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook jack fruit seeds with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required.
- Mash it with a wooden spoon.
- Heat oil in a vessel and add cheera and sauté it for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked jack fruit seeds and grinded coconut.
- Cook it for 5 minutes or till it boils.
- :- Serve with rice.
