Channa Cutlet

Channa cutlet is good recipe and its so crunchy and soft too. this cutlet good for kid

  • 1 cup Channa
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 1 Chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tblsp Corn flour
  • 1 tblsp Maida
  • 2 Bread
  • Oil for frying


  • Soak channa and Boil the channa and smash it.
  • Add all ingredients and add some water with channa and mix it well.
  • In separate bowl add maida and corn flour and water mix like semi paste
  • Remove corner of bread and make it as bread grams
  • Take some mixed channa dip it in maida corn flour paste
  • Dust with bread grams,
  • Boil the oil and deep fry it. Serve with ketchup
