2 bunches Cheera (green or red)1/2 cup Green gram (Moong dal/Cheru parippu)1/2 cup Grated cocunut3 nos Red chillies2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tsp Mustard seedsCurry leaves (A few)Salt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) Cook the moong dal and keep it aside.In a mixie, blend the cocunut, chillies and cumin seeds. Heat a little oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.Add the cut cheera.When the cheera is cooked and reduced, add the salt, dal and the cocunut mixture.
