Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add minced garlic and saute for few minutes.
- Add onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
- Add minced chicken and saute well.
- Add pepper powder, salt, minced green chilli and soy sauce and stir well for few seconds.
- Add grated cheese and mix with all the ingredients.
- Transfer the contents to a bowl.
- Make small balls and roll it very thin chappathis with a rolling pin. We can also use rolling paper instead of maida.
- Arrange the chicken broccoli mixture on the middle of the maida sheet and fold it tightly.
- Stick with maida batter on the edges of this roll as shown below.
- :- To make batter, mix 2 tsp maida with some water.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Deep fry the chicken rolls and remove into a plate.
- :- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
