Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 700 gm
- Garlic pods(chopped coarsely) - 3 nos
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 30 gm

Instructions
- Wash the chicken and dry on an absorbent paper.
- Cut chicken into small cubes.
- Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan, over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until it is lightly browned.
- Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
