Cook pasta, water, salt and oil in a pressure cooker until done..(almost 2 whistle) and drain off .
Meanwhile in a sauce pan add butter and sauté garlic for 2 mins and then chicken pieces for abt 4 min or until done
Add onion and carrot to the mixture and sauté until carrot is cooked . Now add capsicum and sauté for another 2 mins
Add some pepper powder and an egg and scramble it. Into the mixture add dry parsley leaves and chicken cubes along with some chicken stock
Add all the sauces (soya, chilly & tomato)and finally add the pasta.
Chicken pasta is ready to serve
Since the pasta, sauces and chicken cubes contains salt be cautious while adding extra salt
The pasta should not be too dry while adding it into the mixture, so it¦s better to make the mixture while the pasta is being pressure cooked
