  • Keep a pan on fire. Add refined oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes until it turns golden brown and keep aside.In the excess oil sauté ginger, garlic and onions until it turns translucent. To this add capsicum and sauté for another 2 mins. Now add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and garam masala and sauté till we get a good aroma. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and Maggie veg cubes, little water (up to 2-3 tbsp.), salt and stir well. To this mixture add the roasted paneer cubes and stir until we get a thick gravy consistency well. Now the bright red coloured paneer chilli is ready to serve.
