- All purpose flour - 2 ½
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 ½
- Salt - 1 ½
- Instant yeast - 1 ½
- Baking powder - ½ tsp
- Warm milk mixed with a little water(for kneading) -

Instructions
- Cover and Leave it to rise for 30-45 minutes. Once risen, punch it down, give it a quick knead and then roll it out, and then place on your greased pizza tray. cover the tray with a light cloth and let the base rest for about 15-20 minutes.
- Pizza sauceChop all the ingredients, and mix well in a juice mixer grinder.
- Pizza ToppingCook the shredded chicken in a pan together with salt and pepper.
- Chop capsicum, green chilly and onion into small pieces. Grate the carrot. In a pan, heat oil and cook onion with green chilly, till the onion starts browning. (never cook until it becomes golden brown). Add Capsicum and Grated carrot to this. Cook for a minute and then add the chicken. Cook for two more minutes.
- Steps for cooking.Take the pizza tray/ pizza bases. Spread pizza sauce over it.
- Above this, lay the toppings.
- Sprinkle some cheese over it. And cook in a preheated oven for about 20minutes, or until the cheese melts and the base cooks.
- Serve Hot..!!
