  • 2 nos Large boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 nos Small onions/Shallots Kunjulli
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice/vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd

For garnishing:


  • For preparing chicken sizzler, blend together ginger, garlic, small onions, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, soya sauce and salt.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the above paste mixture for 2 hours.
  • Heat olive oil in a non stick pan and fry the chicken over low heat until it becomes tender. Allow it to brown a bit on both sides.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute in the onion, capsicum and soya sauce.
  • Place the chicken on a hot sizzler plate(if u have) or use normal plate(i used normal plate).
  • Garnish with capsicum, onion, soya sauce, salt and olive oil.
  • Chicken sizzler is ready. Serve hot.
