- Large boneless chicken breasts - 2 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 inch
- garlic - 3 cloves
- Small onions/shallots(Kunjulli) - 4 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- Lemon juice/vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 6 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken sizzler, blend together ginger, garlic, small onions, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, soya sauce and salt.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the above paste mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat olive oil in a non stick pan and fry the chicken over low heat until it becomes tender. Allow it to brown a bit on both sides.
- Place the chicken on a hot sizzler plate(if u have) or use normal plate(i used normal plate).
- Chicken sizzler is ready. Serve hot.
