Ingredients
- Chicken(cut into medium pieces) - 1 kg
- Onion(chopped) - 4 nos
- Garlic pods(chopped) - 6 nos
- Ginger(chopped) -
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Cashewnuts(make it into a paste) - 1/4 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves -
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add onions and fry, till they turn light brown in colour.
- Add enough salt, green chillies, ginger and garlic and fry.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and black pepper powder and stir well.
- Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally.
- Add cashew paste and cook for about 5 mins.
- Add coriander leaves, just before finishing.
- Garnish with extra coriander leaves, once the dish is transferred to the serving bowl.
