- Boneless Chicken - ½ kg
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1½ tsp) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 1 -
- Onion rings for garnishing -

Instructions
- Slit the boneless chicken and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a tava.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces and cook on a medium flame on both sides.
- Hold on the high flame each piece with the help of a tong and cook till done.
- Place theonion rings in a plate. Add salt, chopped green chillies, lime juice and mix well.
- Arrange the tandoori chicken pieces on a platter.
- Pour the onion mix over the pieces.
