Chicken With Cheese Balls
Shredded chicken mixed with onion, pepper and other ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken cooked and shredded
- 4 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Cheese grated
- Pepper powder As reqd
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 no Egg beaten
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing chicken with cheese balls, first cook chicken in little water with pepper powder and salt.
- Shred the chicken into thin strips.
- Mix the shredded chicken with onion and grated cheese.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in the beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat required oil and deep fry the chicken with cheese balls to a golden brown color.
- Serve the yummy chicken with cheese balls along with tomato sauce.
