  • For preparing the delicious dish, first de-shell the prawns and wash them. Drain the prawns well and make sure there is not much water content.
  • Marinate the prawns with a mixture of all the ingredients stated above, except oil, for 30 mins.
  • Place a pan on flame and add oil to shallow fry prawns on a low flame.
  • Cook for 5 mins.
  • Turn the prawns and leave it to cook for another 5 mins.
  • :- Serve the crispy prawns hot. This is a specialty prawn delicacy usualy served in top restaurants, either as a starter dish or as a side dish.
