Ingredients
- Fish fillets - 750 gm
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 3 nos
- Dessicated coconut - 2-3 tbsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Garlic pods - 6 nos
- White vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil for frying -
- Lemon wedges for garnishing -

Instructions
- Wash the fish fillets and pat dry.
- Sprinkle maida over the fillets and keep aside.
- Evenly coat the fillets with this paste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Fry fish till they are crisp.
- :-Serve immediately accompanied by lemon wedges.
