Coconut Mealies(corn)
Corn n coconut curry
Ingredients
- 2 - Corn
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Curry leaves
- 2 nos Tomato grated
- 1 tbsp Gram flour Kadala podi
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 3 - Green chillies finely chopped
Instructions
- Boil corn, till tender.
- Cut into thick slices with a very sharp knife.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add curry leaves and fry for a minute.
- Add it to the tomato mixture along with corn, coriander and green chillies.
- Cook on a medium heat, till thick.
- :- Serve hot or cold as a side dish.
