Masala vada made with corn

  • Grind the corn with ginger and green chillies.
  • To the above paste, add rice flour, masala powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Make small balss of the above mixture and shape them into vadas.
  • Fry them till they turn golden brown.
  • :- Server hot with mint chutney.
  • :- Grind the mixture only after the oil is put on heat. Otherwise, it will absorb oil.
