  • 6 nos Tiger prawns
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumps
  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • Oil As reqd


  • For preparing crispy deep fried prawns, first clean and de-vein the prawns and retain tail.
  • Marinate the prawns with salt, pepper and garlic paste for 15 minutes.
  • Spread prawns in tissue paper and drain the moisture.
  • Dip the prawns in corn flour and dip in egg and in bread crumbs.
  • Dip again in egg and dip in bread crumbs.
  • Follow the steps to all the prawns and arrange in tray.
  • Heat oil in non-stick pan and deep fry the prawns till golden color.
  • Crispy deep fried prawns is ready. Serve with sweet and sour chilli sauce.
