- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water - 1/2 reqd
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix together chopped onion, flour, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilly powder, curry leaves,salt and water to a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the above batter in batches till they turn golden brown in colour.
